Roof Order ("the app") is published by Best Roofing Now LLC. The short version: the calculator collects nothing; the optional Ask AI feature sends only what's needed to answer your question, tied to no account or identity.
The core calculator collects none. Roof Order has no account and no login; measurements, product selections, and prices stay on your device.
If you turn on the optional Ask AI assistant and send a question, the app transmits your chat message, the current job's measurements and selected product details, a random install identifier (UUID), and an Apple App Attest key ID. The identifiers exist only for quota tracking and abuse prevention — they are not tied to your name, email, or Apple ID, and are not used for tracking or advertising. Nothing is sent if you never use Ask AI.
Ask AI requests are processed by Vercel, Inc. (hosting) and Groq, Inc. (AI inference) solely to generate your answer. Chat content is not stored on our servers beyond processing, is not used to train AI models, and is never sold. The app includes no analytics or advertising SDKs and does not use Apple's Advertising Identifier or any cross-app tracking. Your conversation history stays on your device; deleting the app removes it. Orders you share or print are handled entirely by iOS.
The app is a professional tool. We knowingly collect no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
